FEBRUARY Menu

"February, the month of love ...."

we are offering two menus especially designed for a romantic candle-lit dinner for two.

The following menus are available for 25 € each, and we offer you the ability to combine Starters and Main courses with each menu (Final order date Tuesday, February 9th)

MENU TRADITION

“Salade Gourmande” with Foie Gras and  gizzards
(home made dressing)
  Magret of Duck from the South West of France with sauteed potatoes and fruits
Dessert Duo (Mousse White Chocolate and Panacotta of wild fruits),



PASSION MENU

Ocean Duet :
salmon tartar (raw salmon, lemon & shallots ) ,
scallop carpaccio (raw scallop, lime, shallots & herbs)
Rack of lamb, with braised endives and mashed sweet potatoes
Dessert Duo (Mousse White Chocolate and Panacotta of wild fruits),

two fun events for children: Chandeleur (February 2nd) and Mardi Gras (February 5th) two good opportunities to enjoy French Crêpes!

And not forgetting the Menu of the Month in February, featuring limited products directly imported from France!!!!!

Cheeses imported directly from a producer of Cantal in central France

(cheese made from raw cow's milk & tomatoes)

The Truffade: Tomme
(made with curds from the squeeze in the first phase of preparation of Cantal, potato & garlic)
